Return & Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have up to 30 days after your order has been delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as received. This means it must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs
